What we do
We empower boys and young men through school projects, mentoring, and hands-on activities that build mental wellbeing, resilience, and confidence.

Outreach projects
We run outreach projects in Bath & North East Somerset in partnership with schools, sports clubs and youth organisations.

Filmmaking projects
We work with young people to make memorable films exploring issues that are important to them.

Talks & workshops
Our talks and workshops help schools, universities, sports and youth organisations open up conversations about mental health and wellbeing.

CLANGERS
CLANGERS is an acronym depicting eight things we can all do to maintain and improve our wellbeing. Practised regularly, they should improve mood and energy levels and increase self-awareness.
